Phil Yates retired at age 56 in December 2019, just before Covid hit. Faced with retirement and a time of unintentional isolation, Yates purchased a property in Fenlon Falls. Ever since, he’s built a beautiful lifestyle for himself amidst his early retirement. From travelling, boating, to cycling and motorcyling, he also enjoys time at home. After sharing a morning coffee and butter tart from just down the road, he dives in for a swim as part of his near-daily retiree routine.
